• Ad account data — Meta ad account IDs and campaign data you connect to BidSense for governance purposes
• Usage data — information about how you interact with the BidSense dashboard and platform
• Audit log data — records of AI buying actions evaluated by the BidSense guardrails engine, including campaign names, budget values, and governance decisions
• Creative assets — images and videos uploaded to the BidSense creative library for campaign use

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the BidSense platform
• Evaluate AI buying actions against your configured governance rules
• Generate audit logs and governance reports
• Send notifications about flagged or blocked campaign actions

4. Meta Platform data

BidSense connects to the Meta Marketing API on your behalf to validate campaign actions. We access your Meta ad account data solely for the purpose of governance evaluation. We do not sell, share, or use your Meta platform data for any purpose other than providing the BidSense service.

BidSense complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data obtained through the Meta API is used only as permitted by those terms.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the EU (europe-west2 region). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Audit log data is stored in an immutable format — records cannot be edited or deleted once written, which is a core feature of the governance service.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Service providers — Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure, Firebase for hosting
• Platform APIs — Meta Marketing API for campaign validation (as directed by you)
• Legal authorities — where required by law or legal process

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
